Meet Jeff, John and Joanka
Our team includes professionals with backgrounds in logistics, construction, and project management, as well as other relevant fields. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project they undertake, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
We take pride in our team's ability to adapt to new challenges and situations, drawing on their experience to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Our team's core competencies include project planning and management, risk assessment and mitigation, and effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
John Young
Managing Director
John brings over 35 years of leadership experience in large multi-site logistics operations. As a senior executive with extensive experience managing teams to meet targets, he excels in optimizing operations, reducing costs, fostering efficiency and strategically navigating change management. John boasts a strong track record of achievements including leading complex business processes, overseeing large budgets, managing labour, and leading business development. With an eye to continuous improvement, John adds value to all his
engagements.
Jeffrey Jones PMP CE
General Manager
Jeff is an in-demand project leader with over two decades of experience. Jeff's impressive track record includes acting as the sole project manager on multiple projects exceeding $200 million. He is known for his ability to streamline and enhance project management office (PMO) operations, demonstrating strong leadership in purchasing, site management, and detailed project accounting. He excels in optimizing PMO processes and has led over 20 multi-million-dollar projects across various sectors, including energy, transportation, and manufacturing. Jeff's diverse expertise has made him a trusted leader in delivering successful and profitable outcomes within complex and specification-intensive environments.
Joanka Gonzalez
Executive Administator
As a longtime business owner and a life-long learner, Joanka has a well-rounded skillset. She has recently completed diplomas in digital marketing, bookkeeping, and paralegal, highlighting her excellent organizational skills. Joanka excels at building and managing relationships and ensures all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.
