  • Hamilton – Stoney Creek: Involved in the development of a 100k sq. ft. slow-moving grocery facility for Sobeys, including racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
  • Memphis: Oversaw the creation of a 400k sq. ft. industrial commercial and consumer goods regional distribution center for Phillips Lighting, covering facility design, racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
  • Edmonton: Participated in the reengineering of a 500k sq. ft. existing facility to accommodate new SKU profiles for ALGC, focusing on facility design and racking implementation.
  • Indianapolis: Managed the establishment of a 500k sq. ft. food-grade consumer goods regional distribution center for ConAgra Foods, including facility design, racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
  • New Orleans: Led the development of a 500k sq. ft. food-grade consumer goods regional distribution center for P&G, covering facility design, racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
  • Mexico City: Oversaw the construction of an 800k sq. ft. food-grade consumer goods regional distribution center for P&G, including facility design, racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
  • Surrey: Managed the establishment of a 500k sq. ft. food-grade perishable regional distribution center for Loblaws, focusing on facility design, racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
